Lindsey Tappenden, Internal Account Manager (Charity), worked with Mark to help him plan and set up his entire new store:

"I originally met with Mark on a teams meeting not long after he started at Hospicecare North Northumberland. He was new to charity retail and was interested to hear about Morplan and how we could support them. After the meeting he was interested to see what we could offer in terms of planning their new store. This was Marks first shop opening. We have a couple of teams calls to go through the plans and kept in contact to make sure Mark had everything he needed. We supplied everything from wall fixtures, to hangers and logo printed bags. It was exciting to see the store come together and have a successful opening."

Mark was kind enough to answer some questions about what the process has been liked for him and his team:

How did you come to work with Morplan?

I was an existing customer with Morplan before I came to work with the Charity.

What problem or issue were you looking to solve?

We were opening a new flagship store in Berwick Upon Tweed and needed a new, fresh look for the retail store that set a benchmark for all our other stores.

How did we help you achieve this?

Lindsey helped on the project from start to finish. I provided Lindsey with the store dimensions, and she came back to me with a proposed store layout and list of fixtures and fittings we would need. The process was seamless, with 2-3 Teams calls to walk me through the ideas she had for the store. Her experience in store fit outs meant that I could approach the project with confidence, as this was my first time tackling something like this.

Is there something about working with us that stood out to you?

I will definitely recommend and use Morplan again for my retail needs, both big and small. It was great to be supported as a small independent business and have our needs understood, thank you.
