The page below will break down these options in detail and also relay any exclusions, how to manage returns and in the unlikely event, request refunds. Please note that delivery is ex vat.

Due to the new regulations regarding shipping and delivery outside of UK mainland, we are required to capture additional data from yourself. This will allow your goods to be delivered through customs and on to you without issue. To guarantee this please provide your EORI / XI EORI number or call us now on 015758612 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm when shipping to an address outside of UK Mainland. Please note, in the interest of reducing delivery fees and insuring all items are delivered securely we will only ship once all items are in stock.
Heavy Goods
To ensure that larger or delicate items are delivered to you safely and in one piece, they are required to be palletised and delivered to kerb-side only. This will be mentioned on all products which require our "Heavy Goods" service. Orders which contain products of this nature are subject to a one-off delivery charge of €89. All prices exclude VAT. Overseas
Due to an increase in freight costs we are no longer able to ship to International and European addresses. Please proceed with our collection service on www.morplan.com/gb_en or call 015758612 option 3 to arrange an alternative delivery / collection option.

We have 100% confidence in our products and we want you to feel that way too! That's why we offer you a No Quibble, 14 Day Trial Period. If you don't like what you've bought, whatever the reason, simply send it back complete, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days and we'll give you a 100% refund of the goods value.
The 14 days start from the day our carrier delivers your items. Goods arriving back after 14 days may incur a handling charge of 15% of the goods' value. There are certain products where the 14 day trial period does NOT apply and these are clearly marked on the relevant pages.
Returns

Mannequin & Display Bust Returns Policy
We're sorry - our No Quibble, 14 Day Guarantee only extends to one mannequin per order. We can only accept returns of more than one mannequin or bust if the additional boxes are unopened.
Exceptions to our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy
Some of our products are difficult to transport safely; others cannot be re-packed once opened or built, and a few are sent to you direct by our suppliers. Regretfully, in these instances, we are unable to accept returns under our No Quibble 14 Day Returns Policy. These products include: Mirrors, Gondolas, Steel Lockers, Bisley Filing Cabinets, Showcases & Counters, Tube-Rack Storage Unit, RF Security Pillar Unit, AMX 35 Modular Shelving System, and Vapour 25 Ironing System or Table.
Backorder
In some instances an item which you are viewing or have within your basket will be highlighted as "Backorder" - this may cause concern but please do not worry! Backorder is a status we assign to certain items that are temporarily out of stock. This status is only assigned to a product (or products) which we will replenish and is not end of life or clearance.
For items which qualify as "backorder", we will provide you with a date in which we expect the stock to be delivered to our warehouse. Please note that this will be the date we aim to ship these items directly to you. Allow up to five working days for Standard delivery.
